Coronavirus in Nigeria update 22 records new cases it has published Nigerian newspapers today.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control made this known today Wednesday, 8th April 2020 via it’s a Twitter account.
The agency revealed that out of the 22 new cases, 15 were confirmed in Lagos, 4 in Abuja, 2 in Bauchi, and 1 in Edo.
“Twenty-two new cases of COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria: 15 in Lagos, 4 in the FCT, 2 in Bauchi, 1 in Edo
As at 09:00pm 8th April there are 276 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Forty-four has been discharged with six deaths”, the NCDC tweeted.
That brings the total number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus disease to 276, with 44 recovered and 6 deaths recorded.
